Epoxy

My next mount to do is a heavy beamed 12-point that shed his antlers when he went down. I really want the attachment to be solid. I checked the archives and my direction of thinking seemed to be like those suggested. I was considering pinning with either 1/4" or 3/8" threaded rod with a good epoxy or JB weld. There seems to be a ton of epoxy products out there today, I want something super strong that sets up fairly quick, any suggestions?

Threaded rod is going to let the antler spin around. Use a square stock or heavu walled tubing.

Epo-Grip has some out standing epoxies. Go straight to the manufacture and ask Steve what he recommends.

This a great Product and you can talk with the person that makes the product.

Thanx JOhn C, and all who have been so open with their suggestions. I'd like to extend my appreciation to all the good advice and ideas. Doing the best I can to "home school" myself, this source and exchange of information is invaluable, and is virtually free!
