I have sculpted the ear butts with epoxy sculpt using bondo as a base to hold the liner, cut the epoxy before it hardens (ref the Breakthrough artical from last month as an example). That went fine. The question is reattaching during the mounting process. I would like the "Pro's" comments on what to use to "glue" or secure the ear butts to the manikin when mounting. Clay? Caulk? Epoxy? I just mounted the subject last night and the ear butt joint seams to want to loosen up. I know it will draw tight when dry, but I want a solid joint during the mounting process, dammit!
