Hello,
I have been thinking about selling some skulls that are left over from taxidermy work I've done. Specifically, black bear, bob cat and several partial skull from legally acquired African game like Springbok, Wildebeest, Impala, etc. I was going to just pitch them but I know people collect them. Can any one tell me if I can legally sell them and if I need any documentation or tag #, etc to go with them. Keep in mind that I return any CITES tags with the mounts I've done for the customer.

.....Is to check your state regulations. Every state is different, and you did not say where you are located .
Why on earth would someone have a situation that has the potential of putting them in jail and they don't even think to ask the questions to the people who would do the arresting?
