I read the archives and see conflicting stories. I always thought that musk ox horns do not come off. However, some one said that they have done several and that they popped each one off. Other then beetling these what is the best way to preserve this skull for a mount. I want to do it right so that there are no problems later. Thanks

I have done two so far and neither one of them came off. They are like capebuffalo horns. Sort of attached to the skull permanently. Contact Ollytax at aol. He can help. He helped me with them. Hope that helped yer some.
