I need to ship a GameHead. It is a Cape Buffalo and when in crate will weigh approx 130 lbs. What is the best way to ship this critter?

I usually get on the phone and get a number of quotes from the different freight companies i.e. Yellow, CF, etc. It's usually cheaper if you deliver it to the dock, and your customer picks it up at the dock.
that's what I usually use. Call the 800 number of UPS and tell them to connect you to logistics. I shipped a crate that weighed right around 100lbs and it cost me $168. It was delivered within 5 days(from TX to Vermont). Only drawback is that they won't insure it. But they do come out to your place and pick it up for you. UPS is contracting this shipping out to other freight companies, so it is actually not UPS who ships it but their contractor.
