I have just gotten through mounting a corsican ram and it hasn't been even a month yet that i'm starting to see white craters on the hide. I tried to cover it up by airbrushing but it still tends to come back. The steps that I took to preserve the hide was... fleshed, split lips, ears, eyes, nose, salted, put back in freezer, then took it out. I then washed the salt out, tanned hide with John Rhinehart tan overnight. Next I washed out the tan with dawn soap wringed out all the water and then mounted. Please if anyone knows what this is let me know. Thank you!

This may not be the problem but you never freeze a salted cape.It may not have frozen and the bacteria just kept on growing!
Thank you for the answer on what would probaly be the cause of this hide. But my next question, how do I stop it from still growing? What kind of steps should I take to prevent it from happening to the other hides? Because all my other hides are salted and in the freezer. And finally,I'm going to start to pressure tan my hides, what should I do to prep the hides before going into the system?
Salt hide for 24hrs.Lay hide on a board slanted, for the fluids to run off. After 24hrs shake off salt and resalt.Wait another 24hrs,shake off salt and let hide dry hard.then before you pickle, just rehydrate the hide.

You may not be able to save your other hides. You need to hit the search button, and read, read, read!
Too much Salt in the skin can cause what Tanners call "Salt Spew"! It occurs when the skin begins to dry and the excess Salt left in the flesh begins to crystallize. It usually appears as "pimples" on the flesh side of the skin. You can buff (sand) them off - but this weakens the skin. The best alternative is to again rehydrate the treated skin, and wash out the excess Salt and re-treat it.
Normally during a tanning process - the excess Salt from the Pickle is first partially removed during the neutralization soak - then again after tanning its rinsed and left to drain before applying the oil.
