natralook liners vs epply liners

always used bonded methode want to try liners, thinking of these two also with the molded butts is there finish work involved or does the skin match up to the butt well, in other words must i still work clay or another medium around the base to get proper detailing? and how does the liner transition with the bases? Ive seen the catalogs and the Breakthroughs. would like some opinions based on good old hands on experience before i try. thanks

This is what works for me. I leave a small part of the bottom ear cartilidge in. take the rest out. right where the bumps are. Test fit them you will see. The cartilidge should line up on the ear liner and show the inner detail. I lay a little clay along the edge as I mount to blend to the manikin and on the skull plate for a uniform blending. That is on the natra look ears back. For the eppley cut the bottom area off around the bumps test fit. the skin should lay right down to the inne ear detail.
