Under optimal conditions (74 degrees low humitity) how much drying time would be needed for a black bear shoulder mount? The skin was commercially dry tanned and buck eye supreme hide past was used. Could the process be speeded up with a fan? I need to deliver this bear ASAP before an upcoming trip and would appreciate any advise. Thanks1

It shouldn't take that long, no more than ten days/two weeks, given the conditions you say you have. I will assume that it is open mouth. That is the area of concern, if the skin is not dry any epoxy work you do will be subject to cracking. The skin will continue to dry and shrink away from the epoxy work, if your mount is not dry. Once the glue has had some time to set up(5-7 days) I would put a fan on the head and dry it.
