hello, im fairly new to taxidermy, ive mounted a few deer. my ? is, well i got a cape that was wet tanned, it was kind of dry when i recieved it and now it has some surface mold, is it very important that i take all the mold off, and how do you recommend i take it off, pls let me know, i was told by my local taxidermist supply company that if i have any tanning concerns after rehydrating to just re-tan and then mount it, pls let me know, thank you.
