HOW BAD DO COW-BULL HORNS HAVE TO BE BEFORE YOU SHOULDN'T TRY TO FIX EM UP?I GOT A HUGE SKUL AT A YARD SALE BUT THE HORNS ARE PRETTY ROUGH. "PEELED UP SOME" I THINK THEY CAN BE SALVAGED WITH SOME WORK. I STARTED ON WITH A FILE AND IT IS LOOKING BETTER.SHOULD I OIL THEM AS I GO,SOAK EM ? BOIL EM? OR JUST DRY FILE.PLEASE HELP..THANKS MUCHO..RICK
