I recieved a mule deer that had 4-6 inches of neck left in it, then the rest of the skin was layed forward over the rack-flesh side up and frozen. My problem is this flesh up skin is really hard and dry. Ive had it Kroww Tan for two days now, its still hard. What do I do to soften this back up or is it a lost cape. the area that is dryed out is about a 2ft by 2ft area. I tryed water and salt also ----didnt help. thanks guys for inputs CROSSHAIR
