I resently harvested a nice blacktail buck and was thinking about having it shoulder mounted,does any one know if oregon taxidermy in salem oregon is any good?

But why depend on the opinions of others. Decide for yourself. Go to the shop. look at his work. It is you that has to live with, and look at the mount. The only one who needs to be happy is you. if you like what you see. Go for it.
I have been on the Oregon Taxidermist assoc Board for several years & never heard of that one.
I do agree strongly with Tenbears though. You are the judge of his work.
If they do not have any display animals to show you or a large list of references that they have done work for I would go ahead & pay more to the guys that have been known to put out good work.
