used magic ear last night for the first time. liked how it worked. my ? is will it get as hard as a bondo ear and how long should that take? checked it this morning and was still flexable.

I am unsure of how long it takes for those ears to harden completely. I know someone else will give you a better answer than me....but I have used it 3 times so far...and I know my ears were rock hard within 24 hours....Give them until tonight and see how they are?

Once the initial cure of Magic Ear occurs in 7-10 minutes it will be flexible to some extent for about 3-4 hours. The final cure time may vary some depending on the temperature of your workshop area. The flexibility allows you to card the ear to shape if needed.
