I am looking for a contract that i can get my customers to sign in regard to a mount that i will do for them. I know that about all of you full time guys have and use these contracts to protect yourselves from liability. If anyone has one they can fax me or e mail me i would greatly appreciate it. I started this as a hobby and it is getting completely out of hand. The first few years i did them for my friends and relatives and some how the word got out and i have staedily increased in numbers. I have realized that i need protection from the jackass that brings you a half rotten deer with it's throat slit and 3 or 4 giant bullet holes in it and expects you to make it look beautiful. check out Tom McNeals "TAXIshop" program if you want to go computerized like I did...good program and it does have all the contract agreements on the work order and a place for your clients to sign.
If you want to be anal enough to get upset over that question than have at it. I did get several responses and all of them were different, and all were appreciated. When you see a post you don't want to read or one that you have seen before then don't click on it, just pass it right up. People like you slow down the whole learning process, you make people afraid to ask for help. You can ask the same question to 50 people and if you listen you can probably learn something from all 50. But remember you learn with your ears not your mouth.
