I went over from Sweden to hunt in Wyoming last fall. Shot an antelope and got the head mounted, but now my hunting buddy in Idaho is having trouble getting the mount shipped.
Some shipping agency complained about the size of the box (it's one inch over some standard on one side) and FedEx won't ship animal parts. We've had a big box with capercaillie and black grouse shipped the other way without problems. Does anyone here know how to ship a crate with an antelope from the US to Sweden?

Use a freight forwarding company.
DHL & UPS are 2 big name shipping companies... but what you need is a specialized company called a freight forwarder.
This is a company who will pack, legally export, and allow you to legally import (Customs, permits, taxes, etc) the merchandise into Sweden.
Your Customs people might know the names of some of these people. Check the Internet, too.
