removing ram horns?

hi, i cant figure out whats going on. im mounting the biggest ram i have ever had in my shop. i usualy put the horns in a tub of water for a week and the horns slip off, well this one has been in two weeks and they wont budge. what should i do? thanks, jack

Pry the base Loose?

Rubber mallet hammer that crap out of them.

I still prefer to heat them, skin off the brease and they pop right off after loosing them around the base.

What I do with all my rams is boil them in a big pot and pull them out and whack them with a rubber hammer. They will pop off in a heartbeat. Just boil them long enough to get really hot.

I normally do what Chad suggests. I boil them and then beat them with a 2x4. Don't be scared, they won't break. They get hit harder in nature....

Put an oil filter wrench to them, they'll pop!

I soaked 2 to 3 weeks and then dropped them on a two by four and walli.
