Hi,

I have a pronghorn with a crack in its nose, between its nostrils. It is small, but runs the lenth of the nose. Can i repair this with some putty and black paint? How much would this cost to get fixed by a taxidermist?

Thanks,

Mark

You may want to take it to a qualified taxidermist. If you have no past experience with some of the products it could look worse then it does now. Its hard to give a price without seeing what needs to be repaired but if its just a split it probally wont be that much at all.

A good taxidermist could use a little epoxie sculpt and paint, and have it fixed up in a very short time.
