I mounted a Impala today. It came out awsome except for the sewing.I have some hair sticking up in my stiches. What can I do now. I made a groove down the back of the form and filled it with critter clay. I tried to make small stiches and pull out all the hair when sewing. I then rolled the seam in the clay. I used the baseball stich.

It tends to pull hair up just like you described. I use a wrap stitch and it turns everything under. Use a scribe and pull the hair free of the stitches. Groom it and card it. When dry, use Apoxie to fill the cracks and texture it to look like hair. Carefully airbrush it.
I just saw this on a video. The guy took his hammer and tapped up and down the seam and it layed right down.
Remember, "Tap" don't hammer with a heavy hand.
