Im wondering if any one has atemped to remove a whitetail ear and have no seams show. Im doing a nise buck the only draw back is one ear is just about gone the hide has some nise markings on the white patch. I would like to know if its bendone if so let me know. thanks ken.

i just did one that a tannery almost removed, it was hanging on by about 3/8 in. of skin, anyway the tell tale signs of using a wrap stitch were nicely incorporated into a wrinkle placed into my clay ear butt, so i would not be afraid to try it
done it several times on different critters . I found it best to put a new pair on so they match better.
