Snake skins

I need help on how to properly tan out snake skins with the heads and tails on. I am doing western Diamond backs and would like the mouths to be open with the fangs extended. No luck the way that I am doing it now.

Make a cast of the head form or buy one from thre supply catalogs like WASCO. Use Rittels snake tan to tan the skin, but when you go to the tanning stage after pickle, just soak the skin up to the neck, and mount the head skin of a form. When it is tanned, go through the oil process, and when dry, paint the mouth interior and install fangs
