Just skin the skull, remove all large chunks of meat and boil. The boil will gel all remaining meat and fat and will easily fall off. Another option is to use beatles.
The hide is tried to the skull cap to a crisp? If so soak over nite in a bucket of water and Kemal-4, rehydrates it quickly for skinning.
You kids need to be more specific.
