Marc A, Seems like this came up not too long ago. Check the orange button to the left for a varity of methods. Quickly, the way I do it is drill a center hole in the panel, 4 more around that hole in the area that the mannikin will cover. Then attatch the panel only to a mounting stand with 2 temporary screws (into the back of the panel, don't block those holes you just drilled). Now level the panel and lock down the stand. Next hold mount up to the panel and run in the center screw. Check for correct position, level the mount, run in other 4 screws, remove mount and panel from stand, hang on wall. This works well for me, I had a longer pipe welded to a mounting plate just for this process which gives me plenty of room for my drill/driver. Enjoy, Aaron H.
I know that this has been covered several times already. I am always amased on how hard some people make this easy task. I fist put the hanger on the back then drill two holes, one high and one low in the center of the panel.Keeping both within the borders of the maniquin. I then put the panel on my stool and inch the panel forward so I can get at the first hole below the hanger. I then set the head onto the panel, keeping in mind that I am behind the head, I line up the brisket and center the head then I bend down and put a screw into the hole and stand up the mount, do some final adjusting (left or right) and put in the second screw. This whole process takes me about 2 mins. I cannot think of an easier way.....Good luck!
