I'm going to say that you really should learn to sculpt your own
ear butts, and use the buttless liners, or bondo( your choice). you will find the freedom to position your ears anyway you like to be rather
nice, and your customers will notice as well. it will give a whole new
expression and dimension to your work. while I do use earliners with
pre-installed butts on occasion, you won't find them on many other species. it pays to learn how to make your own out of criter clay or
apoxie sculpt. Now for the answer your looking for...... Jim Allred.
he carries Nicky Bonura liners. they come in the back position and are
available in 3 sizes...

Contact Brad Eppely at Matrix Masters, he makes a large ear in a socket system so you can rotate it any way you want. Its so easy...well, you know the rest.
