Any suggestions on chemicals on moth-proofing horns? Something I can squirt up in there because the horns won't come off.

I recently completed a blue wildebeest and poured Carbenol 7 (spelled wrong Im sure) in each horn base. You can get that at any lumber yard or Home Depot type store. I kept pouring it in until it leaked out then let it dry. Then I did the other horn following the same procedure. Then I drilled three small holes on the back of each horn and used a syringe to squirt more in the horns as far as I could towards the tips. I then used apoxie-sculpt to cover the drill holes and you can't tell the difference. That should work the same way for your buff and any other animal that has horns and cores you can't remove. I did boil the skull though to degrease it before using the insecticide.
