I have leopard, hyena, and baboon skulls from Africa. Naturally they were boiled in Africa but still in excellent shape. I have degreased and now ready for the whitening process. But the teeth still have lots of tartar. I would prefer the teeth to be nice and white like the skulls. The archives have tons of info on the cleaning/whitening process, but little info on cleaning tartar. Any suggestions on cleaning the tartar before I do the whitening?
