Anyone know of any good products to prevent shrinkage on noses like coyotes, foxes, coons etc. They are shrinking a bit on me and losing that fullness appearance. Thanks.....

Are you thinning them enough?

If so you should not have the shrinkage you are speaking about. Thin the nose and when you mount them add a dab of clay over the nose area on the form. That should take care of the problem.

Using brush on tan after mounting on the nose pad and around the eyes really help reduce shrinkage. Give it a try!

Inject it

right after you mount your animal inject the nose with either preservz it or modge podge until it is nice plump. Keep an eye on it for a few days so see if it needs to be re injected in some places. I do that on all my animals and never have a problem with shrinkage of the nosepad because of that. This method also works great on toes.
