I am a taxidermist in South Carolina..A customer brought in a whitetail from New York, I can see that the head and face are different than the southern whitetails...I am wondering what forms fit these deer the best.

I like Buckeye and McKenzie the most.
Look at the Dan Bantley series. Long neck and narrow nose and face.
I do most of my hunting and get alot of heads from New York and I find that Joe Coombs and McKenzie forms are a very good match. I use Joe Coombs for the really big deer and McKenzie for the smaller ones.
