I have an antelope cape that was tanned by a professional tannery and before I rehydrate I have noticed there is some hair slippage. Is there anything I can do to help this problem?

maybe it was cutt to deep and they got the hair roots cut off
you had a bad hide to start with. It's hard to say whose at fault here.
An antelopes hair slips as soon as you kill it maybe even when its alive. You have to be careful from the begin. sometimes its best to tan it your self unstead of having to send it back and forth.
