i was wondering if i could buy replacment blades for the skife knife at any local store rather then ordering i kind of need one now so would a hardware store carry such a thing?

They are single edge shaving blades that can bought almost anywhere.
Order them from McKenzie, 100 blades for around $16, Walmart in my area used to carry them at a reasonable price but stopped stocking them, like you, I needed some and didnt want to order and wait, The only place I could find them in my area was at the CVS Pharmacy, cost around $6 for 7 blades, needless to say I ordered 100 last week and don't plan on running out again. Check the razor blade section at your local retail store or Rite-Aid/CVS, hope you have better luck finding them than I did.
