I have some old african game mounts that are falling apart. The skin is shrinking and drying up and the ears are starting to peel apart. I need some advice on how to fix this and what chemicals I should get to do it. This is my first time doing this and I'm not sure where I should start or what I should do first. Thanks for any help you can give me on this problem.
