I recently saw a mount of a whitetail that used an antler as a pedestal. it was attached to a wooden bas, and inserted into the brisket of the form. My question is, when is that inserted, and how do you get the proper angle for the mount to rest? If anyone has done a mount in this fashion I would appreciate any input. I really was impressed with this particular mount and I am unable to talk to the artist who made it. thanks again...celeste
