Best elk earliners?

Any input on your favorite elk earliners? Pretty limited selection. Anyone know if they make on for ears back? I am guessing no, and that I would have to get a buttless and sculpt it in.

You can get ears back earliners for elk from McKenzie. They come with the butt on them.
