my question is this: what in the world do you do with those "duffle bag " pre-orbitals? How do you thin them enough? Do you dremel out large openings in the form as far as pre-orbitals go?

Thin the preorbitals and put a little clay on the form to soften the structure under the skin. The forms I have used have the preorbitals in the form. They really aren't a problem to deal with
The glands need to be removed completely before you mount it. I think this is what you are asking. When you mount it's just as Tony said.
