I'm doing an elk.The neck size is good.A little room to spare.The nose to eye is an inch or more to short. Plus it seems to small around the muzzle.I've heard George say it will shink so don't change the form.Do you think this will work or should I redo.

What are the cape and form dimensions, and what form are you using? S short form is better than too long. I actually like mounting elk because they have a lot of shin that you can move around and make it fit.
You can taxi the excess skin and nobody will notice.
