I am planning on doing a bugling elk mount, problem is that the mannikin must be cut out and jawset installed. I see how you would do it, but im not exactly sure of the proper placement as far as depth back and into the the upper and lower jaws. Any help or reference here would be greatly appreciated.

The teeth on the botom should be right against the lower lip. If the mouth was closed the botom teeth would hit on the front of the palate. .
