I am planning on having a Mountain Goat that I just harvested in Alaska in a whole body mount. The guide skinned it and sent the hide to the tannery. He cut the skull with the horns attached and gave them to me. How should I treat it? Boil it? Put salt on it or borax? There is still a little meat left on the skull. Thanks for your advice.
