i have a dakota 4 that has a screw frozen up that holds the blade on. anybody have any ideas how i can get it out? i have tried just about everything that i know how to do.

Just use an ez-out bit ,but than you'll have to replace that screw.
the screw; heat it up with a soldering iron for a few hot and cold cycles. This should free it up. If not, try an impact driver.
