I believe the "swirl" in the front of the Deer's Chest is called the Brisket. Is this naturally always right in the Center of the Chest?

That hairy part on the underside, between the two thin haired parts that constitutes the deer's armpits. It's like a mohawk at the bottom of his chest. That "swirl" you speak of is just a hair colic which usually is centered. But your best bet is center the brisket (the one I described) and check your hair patterns. That hair colic should align where it supposed to if you do that.
Centered, brush the hair between the pits forward at a 45 degree angle.
