I'm not even certain if there is such an animal but I have a customer wanting a " head " mount for his boar instead of the shoulder mount. Anyone know of where I can locate one, or if they are even made?

Why not just cut down a shoulder form to a neck form?
i had already thought of that I just didnt know if there were actually any neck forms out there. Also, I wasn't real certain on how to attach the back board after cutting down the shoulder form. Any suggestions?
I have to do that alot here in oz because some people are too lazy to cape them properly. I charge them the same as a shoulder mount.
Personally, I hate doing head mounts, but sometimes i give in to thier requests,(its thier money right?), but always i suggest a sheild to make up for the lost shoulders.
I cut the shoulder form down, usually on a tad of a slant so the head isnt just sticking straight 'out there'.
I then drill some large holes into the back side of the form, cut the back board down to size and place a few staples in it so the foam has something to grab and mix up some foam and join them that way.
I tried doing it, (joining), with bondo yrs ago but it always seemed to split away from the back board during mounting.
