With what (glue?) and how (injecting?) can a small drummed spot on the back of an ear be fixed?

Epo-Grip 2 part injectable. I use the largest needle for my syringe and just inject it into the area above the drumming, gavity will move it into the proper area. Then I'd put a drop of superglue over the needle hole and card the drumming area so you get good adhesion and possibly prevent any of the glue from coming out the needle hole..
