I have a nice antelope mount that I have had for over 15 years. It was taken in Wyoming The horns seem to have collected a lot of dust and do not have the pronounced black color they once had. How should I go about cleaning the horns. The tips of the horns have a white tent. Also is there anything I could do to protect the hair. Any help would be appreciated.

Don't try anything else as the hair is very brittle. Make sure you don't blow against the grain of the hair. For the horns you could have found the answer in the SEARCH icon. I use 50/50 linseed oil/turpentine painted on.
