I just mounted deer & it seems to be starting to slip. I had a small patch of hair beside the mouth come out. When I brush it more hair than normal seems to come out. Not to mention I can pull hair out preety easy on the back side. Every thing has been fine until today. I had no problems until now with any thing. Any ideas?

Stop pulling on it until it dries.If you must groom it ,do it gently.
S,put a fan on that hide,don't groom it til it's dry.When it's dry you might have to use hair gel to get that hair to lay right.
