How do you get bison horns ready to mount. Do you heat them up like antelope and pull the shell off clean and bondo back on, or do you mount like deer horns. Thanks jack

Jack do them like your antelope horns.
some Bison forms do not require a skull plate. but rather they are epoxied to the form. check what kind of form you are getting first. that is if you are doing a mount.
