XL Ear liners for boar too small

I have already removed the cartelidge from one of the ears can I still do the bondo method if so how. if no, any sugjestions on how to dael with this. can I make the liner biger with epoxy sculpt or something? or should I make a whole new liner from scratch? I will be doing the bondo method on the other ear as it still has cartelidge.
