Elk coat changes as season goes on.

For those of you that deal with Elk a lot: how much better will the coat on a bull elk get from late Sept. to Nov or Dec. Thanks, Jim

It will change quite a bit.They don't have nearly the mane in Sept. that they will have in late Oct..Nov. is even better.
