i started teaching myself taxidermy. i have mounted sevral deer and each one gets better. my question is i used the dry preserve method and mounted a white tail head 2 years ago. can this hide be rehydrated then remounted so that i can fix my early mystakes and turn this into a quality mount or do i need to scrap the hide and start over?
