I'm skinning out a cape for a customer and around the antler burrs, nose, and eyes the skin is quite dry and hard. It's grease burned in those spots and is quite hard to remove from the skull. Is it possible to be able to remove the skin without damaging it and will i be able to turn the eyes and nose and what not? It was frozen when brought to me and i thawed it out overnight so i could skin it.

with stop-rot if you have it. It will make it soften up so you can work with it.
soaking something like that in salt water until it is just soft enough to get skinned.
