Fallow pedestal form

I need to do a fallow table pedestal for a customer. He wants it looking straight. I cannot find a pedestal form for this. Can you use a shoulder form for a straight pedestal and cover the back or would that look dumb? The measurements are 7.5x18x19 (acb). Anyone know where I can get a form? I have checked McKenzie, Van Dykes, Jonas, Research, and Joe Coombs. None have a straight pedestal in the size I need. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

That sounds like a question for your customer

If he thinks it would look dumb. There's several options here.
One is to ask him if he'd like something like you described. two is if you think you're capable, turn that wall mannikin into a pedastal and third is to use a whitetail pedastal, do a change out head and build that throat lump. The latter is what I think I'd do.

You always help.
