did a couple of texas rams this week and they had ear tags in their ears, what do yawl do to fix the holes? a round hole bunches up when sewn, and isn't enough skin to make a football cut on the back of the ear...if the ear is really hairy it hides pretty well, but these rams didn't have much hair on the inside of ear. just wondering what yawl do to fix the holes from game farm ear tags...
thanks

I put boddy filler in the hole, sand it smooth. Then I either paint to match hair color or I will cut some excess hair from some where else and super glue it on. You will have to do some trimming to make it blend.
I open the ear and then superglue a piece of fabric softener sheet over both inner and outer holes. I Epo-Grip Magic Ear the ears. Then I poke a hole through that fabric sheet and epoxy and put the tag back in its ear where it came from.
