If you are looking at freeze-drying them please give us a call or e-mail us and we will get back to you. We have freeze-dried many of them and they turn out really nice. Leaving them unwrapped in a freezer is not the same thing as freeze-drying them. We have two big northstar freeze-dry machine that dry them out and preserve them. On average your rack depending on size would take about 4 to 5 weeks in the machine. I was not sure in your posting if you understood what freeze-drying is all about. It is not just simply leaving something in your chest freezer.

We have done freeze-drying full time since 1980.
Thanks for your time.
